Sally and later Debbie were just the best agents to go with. They helped market our house with minimal stress as we weren’t residing in Christchurch at the time. They went beyond what most agents would do. They organised a gardener to tidy up the section and also recommended a great home staging company that weren’t expensive . Sally even kept our gardens watered as we weren’t able to. Both agents were great to communicate with , they were honest, reliable and efficient . They pulled out all stops to get people through out of normal open homes and the house had an offer which we were very happy with and it sold within 2 weeks of listing .
