Sally knew exactly who would be likely buyers and worked hard to get bidders at the auction. She did a great job of presenting the property and marketing it. She really went the extra mile - in fact many extra miles - in terms of arranging hospice to remove excess chattels. And she was willing to visit the vendor in a rest home on the other side of the town whenever needed to ensure she was happy with what was being arranged. She couldn't have been more understanding and helpful to a client who is unwell able to do little herself.
