I first meet Sally at an open home at the property, one of the first that I went to. Sally sort feedback from me, but as it was the first property I had seen I wasn't very forthcoming that this was going to be a positive outcome for her. Sally however, immediately put me in her contact list and kept me updated on the market in the area and trends. Sally did keep in contact as I progressed down the property journey. After several months I came to the conclusion the features of the property ticked most of my boxes. So, at another open home Sally and I started the sale process. The process involved a lot of due diligence, a lot of discussions and a lot of negotiations between buyer and vendor. Sally was involved in this process from start to finish. At a point, I thought it wasn't going to happen, but Sally showed a never gave up attitude and we eventually got it over the line. It was disclosed right at the beginning that the vendors were related to Sally, but such was her professionalism that it never concerned me in the slightest. Sally has a bright personality and great sense of humor, would use her services again and recommend Sally to others.
