We would like to say a massive thank you to Sabu. It is with trepidation with respect to realestate agents and the sector as a whole to be one of untrustworthiness, back-hand deals and lack of integrity..... This is not the case when dealing with Sabu. He was HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY throughout our journey with selling our home of 27yrs. He patiently partnered with us, explaining every detail, giving sound advice and never, ever pressured us into a corner. Sabu gave us updates every week, let us know how the overall market in the area was going and assured us everything was going to plan. He was professional in all his dealings and always prompted us, when necessary, to ask our lawyers on advice on certain legal matters. Nothing was to hard and we would get texts from him late into the night both week days and weekends. We appreciate Sabu for his hard work and hope he sets an example for others in his industry to "Be, do & act better". Thank you Sabu for everything!
