"It would be remiss of me not to comment upon the interactions I had with two of your salespersons: Scott and Ryan. Both connected with me in tandem. When one or the other was busy one always made themselves available. Both were very accomodating with their time, were personable and were very knowledgeable about the apartment they were representing. In hindsight I was rather demanding about access and information about the Silo complex and 8a in particular. At no time was either agent disgruntled at this imposition on their time and their cheerful demeanour throughout belied their intimate knowledge of what they were marketing."
