Ryan did his best to help me achieve my goal of buying a first home. I didn't have a high budget but he helped manage the expectations of the vendor well so that we could negotiate price and get a good deal on my new home. His communication was great too and he explained everything really well especially given it was my first time doing any of this and so I didn't know what a lot of it meant!
