I found Russell to be fantastic From the time I asked for an appraisal until the house sold I also got appraisals from other agencies I chose Russell because he was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to add extra costs for example staging of the house and extra advertising fees which I thought were unnecessary costs Everything was inclusive we discussed extra advertising if the house were to sit on the market for an extended amount of time which wasn't required I was kept updated at all times regarding open homes feedback from people who viewed the house and also how the overall market was doing I would highly recommend Russell and would definitely use him again if I needed There was also great support from tall poppy on a whole as well
