“We sold our mother's property in Kaiapoi 2 years ago through Total Realty and were very happy with the results. We are very satisfied with the result this time as well. Russell was great.”

“We have sold 3 times before with Total Realty and found the agents a pleasure to deal with, kept you well informed, nothing was a problem. A great experience could not have asked for a better agent.”

“After deciding to sell my home I was looking for an agent. Leaving messages with 7 agents Russell was the only one that took the time to ring me back. I spoke to Russell for 20 mins the 1st call and really liked his attitude. He took the time to explain a lot and answered all of my questions I had. A pleasure to deal with Russell and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at selling their home. With only two open homes my home was sold. He was very approachable and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Once again thank you Russell, it was absolutely easy.”

“Russell is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable and easy going agent who secured us a great result. He was always available to answer our questions and made the whole process very easy. We would highly recommend him.”

“Russell was friendly, approachable, he worked hard over Christmas to get great results, he was honest from the start with great advice which we felt we could trust him with our sale! He sold our property within a few days above our asking price, and made selling a dream despite us being in different cities to the property we were selling. We will be recommending him to anyone selling their property! Affordable fees, great selling results and a friendly genuine real estate agent.”
