We met Rudy at the property we ended up purchasing, from our first meeting Rudy's relaxed nature and calm sales approach made us feel very comfortable and confident, this was continuous through out the entire process and I believe played a big part in helping us determine this was the house for us. Having dealt with a lot of agents over the last year we were often overwhelmed with calls and messages and requests about our interest in certain properties etc and quite often it felt like we were being nagged more than assisting us in making the right choice. Rudy remained very professional throughout the entire process and making himself useful where and when needed, helping keep an open line of communication between all parties involved in making the sale.
