We cannot recommend Ruby enough. After an initial viewing that was not quite right for us, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us our forever home. Ruby was professional, kind and approachable from start to finish. She communicated clearly, gave excellent advice and was always happy to pick up the phone whenever we needed help. She made the entire process, including viewings, inspections and contracts, as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Ruby made what could have been a daunting process genuinely enjoyable, and we are so grateful for her support.

We had a generally positive experience working with our agent. She was responsive to communication and accommodating of our schedule and availability, which made the process smoother for us. She was also encouraging throughout the process, which we appreciated, especially as our home wasn’t an easy one to sell and the market conditions were challenging at the time. While the sale took longer than we initially expected and the final price wasn’t quite what we had hoped for, she remained professional, persistent, and supportive, and kept us informed at each stage. However, we did find that communication towards the end of the process caused some unnecessary stress during what is already a high-pressure time. We feel that a more measured and considered approach in those final stages would have made a meaningful difference to our overall experience. Overall, we’re grateful for the work she put in, but believe there is room for improvement in how communication is handled at critical points in the process.

Good communication style! Friendly and professional. Willingness to request information from others, where necessary. My experience with the agent is limited to the property I purchased. However, she did seem to understand the market in relation to this property. Sorry, I am not very good at this sort of thing.
