Ruby works with Tim as a Buyers Agent, and I found her to be very prompt with communications to me, via email. They work well together, with good organisation skills and communication. Everything went smoothly for my house sale, and I would recommend Tim and Ruby if you’re looking to sell.

Relaxed manner but also clear understanding regarding real estate.

Ruby is easy to talk to and understood what I was looking for. She has amazing knowledge and I couldn't have done it on my own without her guidance.

We had an amazing experience working with Ruby while buying our home. She was super knowledgeable, easy to deal with and made the whole process feel really smooth and stress free. Her communication was excellent and very professional. She was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions we had at any time. She gave honest, helpful advice that made us feel confident every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Ruby more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell!

It was easy to work with Ruby on the sale of my house - She kept me upto date on all of the latest activity and communicated extremely well. The offers that came were realistic and the final price she negotiated was in the same region as the initial valuation - Happy with the price, happy with the timescale, Happy with the service. Would highly recommend Ruby to others :-)

As a 1st home buyer I had no idea what I was doing, let alone the real estate jargon that comes with buying a house! Ruby helped with every step I had to go through and explained each step so well! She is extremely professional and quickly kept me informed with updates! Would highly recommend Ruby to anyone wanting to sell or buy!
