Excellent service! I would highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking for a dedicated agent with exceptional market knowledge.

I cannot recommend Ruby highly enough! She recently helped me buy my home, and the entire experience was so easy! Her communication and responsiveness were incredible, she was always making it easy. Her market knowledge well developed, when it came time to make an offer, she put together a comprehensive market breakdown of costs for surrounding homes in the area so I could move forward with absolute confidence. Beyond her sharp professionalism, she is just a genuinely nice and supportive person. My absolute favourite part of working with her was how truly excited she was for me. She went out of her way to celebrate the milestone, even asking if I wanted to take a photo next to the "Sold" sign. It is those sweet, thoughtful details that set her apart.

Great agent, even better result. Highly recommend Ruby

If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about achieving outstanding results and who has the expertise to back it up, Ruby is that person. I continue to be amazed by what she accomplishes and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a trusted Agent to guide their buying/selling journey.

Excellent service, polite and professional through out the process. Ruby was on top of everything. Communication was a breeze right from the start. Many thanks for your amazing support and helped us secure a great home within our budget. Would definitely recommend 100% to anyone looking to purchase a property especially to first time home buyers like us!

Ruby has been an absolute pleasure to work with during the process of selling our family home. We were very impressed by the professionalism and hard work shown throughout the entire process. Your dedication and effort did not go unnoticed and we truly appreciate the time and commitment you put into selling Mabey Road. Communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping us well informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking to sell their home.

Ruby Donnelly has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire process, she gave constant updates, extremely efficient communication and would explain in a very comprehensible manner when we were unsure of terms. Having doubt with negative real estate agents, Ruby changed the whole trajectory of my hesitant mindset of purchasing a home. This made the process of buying a home feel so smooth and stress-free!! I absolutely recommend her as she is the definition of a hard worker.

I recently worked with Ruby on the sale of my property on Wellington Road. It's no secret that it's a tough market right now, but that didn't seem to faze Ruby in the slightest. She was focused on one thing — doing everything she possibly could to get the best outcome for me — and I genuinely feel she delivered on that. What stood out throughout the process was her communication. She was always available when I needed her, responded promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way. There was never any uncertainty about where things stood. Ruby is professional, approachable, and genuinely easy to deal with. She's a hard worker who gives her full effort regardless of the conditions. If you're looking for an agent who will keep you in the loop and do everything possible to get the best result, I'd recommend her without hesitation.

As first home buyers Ruby helped us every step of the way and kept us informed/up to date with the vendor. Obviously communication goes both ways, and Ruby was very responsive to our questions, even helping us with a private viewing pretty late in the evening. From that point, we put in our offer the day after and everything flowed seamlessly. If you're lucky to get Ruby as your agent, everything will be a breeze!

Ruby worked extremely hard to sell my property in a tough and changing market. The property was sold to a lovely family as their first home. Ruby took great care of these purchasers answering all their queries and kept me up to date every step of the way. Thank you Ruby
