We've found Ruben to be exceptionally proactive in his approach to working with us market our property. He is simply hungry, and hungry in a very nice way...not so much aggressively for a quick sale, rather he simply wanted to help us sell and he wanted to help buyers buy in a genuinely caring and respectful way and worked very hard in that respect. His refreshing level of integrity came through strongly on a number of occasions which gave us confidence he was representing us and our property in a great way. Communication and attention to detail were excellent and always on time/prompt replies which we valued a lot.
