Rubal Singh tried to sell my house privatley first. I had pathetic experience with him. During whole process he maintained very poor communication. He undersold my house. Yes he is a big agent but he is ripping people off. I dont recommend this guy to any one. He is pushy. I paid around $40K in commission but he did not even had the courtesy to call me after the sale.
