Roz actively managed the sale of our property, unlike some who write a listing (AI generated I expect) then leave it unchanged, Roz would randomly turn up and take photos from different angles. Suggest different wording. The ad always looked fresh, which I suspect contributed to the relatively quick sale in this current market. No pressure on price at all, that was left to us. Furthermore as it was in the family a long time she was very aware of this, appreciating there maybe some emotion from our side too. I must mention her excellent Team at Ray White.
