A certainly difficult and complicated property to sell for an elderly and sickly couple who had been ripped-off by conman contractors. Incomplete project with various technicalities. Rovi was excellent! From day one how he approached us and explained the procedure, expected timelines, and how he will do things was just amazing. Took his time to explain every single detail, first time we met I'm sure we had a chat for about 3+hours, he was happy to help us understand situations regardless how simple or stupid our questions were. Very professional person verbally, visually and spiritually, felt like he understood us and was actually here to work with/for us and not for the buyer which we had bad experience previously where seemed like we were being rushed to sell or quality of work were missing.
