He did all in his power to secure the sale of my property in a timely fashion and for the price settled between us in the beginning. He kept me up to date on prospective buyers. sent me reviews after showings. Helped me find tradesmen to carry out work required to satisfy one prospective buyer who finally did purchase the property. We have an electric gate on the property. Rovi went out of his way to provide access to the tradesmen and the lawn guy. Going over to the house early and opening the gates. The house is in South Auckland and I now live out West, so it saved me a long trip on many occasions. He didn't need to do this but was happy to oblige. I have heard from family and friends, not to take to heart everything your Agent tells you. I have to say that my Agent, Rovi did everything that he said he would do for me, always with a smile on his face. Rovi was great the entire way through a difficult sale. Answered the phone any time and was quick to get an update back from seller/ bank etc. was very transparent with what he's heard etc. Was far from an easy sale being a mortgagee sale however Rovi made it as seamless as possible and ensured us with confidence the whole way through the process.
