Rovi stated at our first meeting that he was my Agent. He worked solely for me. Fancy, it turned out to be true! He did all in his power to secure the sale of my property in a timely fashion and for the price settled between us in the beginning. Helped me find tradesmen to carry out work required to satisfy one prospective buyer who finally did purchase the property. We have an electric gate on the property. Rovi went out of his way to provide access to the tradesmen and the lawn guy. Going over to the house early and opening the gates. The house is in South Auckland and I now live out West, so it saved me a long trip on many occasions. He didn't need to do this but was happy to oblige.
