Rosy was great and in my opinion even better than both sets of lawyers, gave us all in the information needed and with a smile and friendly voice, will definitely want to work with her again!!

We were the buyers on this property and we had a great experience with Rosy and her team. Quick and professional communication, always making sure we have the right information an very friendly and helpful in all situations.

I found Rosy is very easy to communicate with. She provided accurate information to my agent and myself, which is very helfpul.

Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Auction was professional handled. All flowed very smoothly , with the total sales process achieved without any issues. Very happy seller and the buyer

We are first home buyers in AKL, NZ and we are lucky to meet Rosy and Karl. They are professional, patient and precise, to my understanding. Honestly when my wife chooses house by instinct, I choose agent by instinct. I feel Rosy and Karl are very trustworthy people, from many subtle things. We wonder around the market for a while but only within a month, and interestingly we met Rosy and Karl many times during different open homes. My wife and I feel the properties Harcourts offered are the best in this area during this specific time. When my wife was keen to this house then I said, go ahead, let's make it become true. So here we are. I would say we will choose Rosy team and Harcourts again if we got another chance in the market. Regards David

We recently purchased a house off Rosy Qui and found her to be very professional, efficient and great to deal with. Highly recommend
