Ross was knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions regarding the property we purchased

Ross demonstrated in depth market knowledge and was not afraid to show us any faults the house may have had. We suggested a price to offer and Ross indicated in a nice way, that our offer may not be enough, so we increased it which was then accepted by the vendor.
