We have got to know Ross over a number of years, when he had been selling other apartments at The Ridge - Spencer Road. Ross's knowledge of the apartments (pricing / market) made us confident on using him for the sale of our apartment. Ross's communication was excellent, selling over the Christmas period, and with A LOT of wet weekends, we thought the place would take a while to sell. Ross was flexible with showing the apartment on any day of the week, and I believe this is what secured the sale. A bit of movement from both parties and the sale was secured and we are very happy with the out come especially in the current market.

We choose Ross Angus as my parents had known Ross for about 10 years, following a letterbox drop. We were not keen to deal with a big mega real estate agency and had always appreciated the friendship offered to our parents over the years. Ross provided gentle guidance throughout the entire process as the family was selling our elderly parents home. Ross was easily available when we needed to ask questions. We felt trusting of his knowledge of the local market and Ross was very helpful with some of the finishing touches required to market the property. After all those years, it was a business card worth keeping!

Ross was extremely easy to deal with, he was friendly and accommodating. I’m sure he got sick of us after we turned up to the 5th open home of the property we ended up buying but he always made us feel welcome. He always made sure as to explain things to us every step of the way, was very professional.
