Great sales result in a tough market

Rosie was very accommodating to our family's needs throughout the sales process, which was really important to us. She explained how the process would work at each stage (viewings, auction, etc) and what was expected. She minimised the need for private viewings as much as possible to prevent disruption for our family, while getting as many buyers interested as possible. Rosie was able to secure a multi offer following auction, and helped negotiate an offer that made us smile. Rosie did a lot of background work to help secure our sale. She was professional throughout the process, with a friendly personality as well.
