We met Rosie back in 2024 when she was listing a house, we checked it out and seriously considered an offer but didn't end up going ahead with this house. Fast track 6 months later and we came across another lovely property that Rosie was listing. We asked to view it and fell in love with the property. We put an offer in that night after seeing it. Rosie was more than accommodating with this process. After about a week of back and forth negotiations we went to view the property again for a second time and settled on an accepted offer. Rosie was available at any time for texts, calls, property inspections and emails. Going above and beyond for full transparency of the property which we really appreciated as it is pretty daunting buying your first home. Conditions were met and we settled mid afternoon which was so handy and convenient. Rosie handed the keys over with a beautiful thoughtful gift for us. We are very grateful for her guidance through this process, she was never pushy and made this a really pleasant experience. We highly recommend Rosie for any process of house buying/selling.
