Yet again, Rosemarie delivered an outstanding result, acting as our sales agent for the third time. She has repeatedly exceeded our expectations on all fronts, diligently working behind the scenes to produce a smooth and effortless marketing campaign, to a fantastic end result with multiple offers. Her professionalism is beyond question, you can be assured Rosemarie will never miss a beat and always will have her clients best interest at heart.

Rosemarie is an experienced, knowledgeable agent with a pleasant and engaging personality. She is an excellent communicator who kept us informed throughout the process and exceeded our expectations with her advice and professionalism. She remained in touch beyond completion date to tidy up a loose end or two and ensure we were satisfied with the outcome. She made a stressful process for my disabled wife and myself a lot easier than it could otherwise have been. Highly recommended.

Rosemary was very professional throughout the whole procedure when communicating with me and my family. We got the impression she wanted the best for us and not like other real estate agents, just wanted a sale no matter what. We felt Rosemary was like a friend and was very sensitive and thoughtful towards the sellers. It was a really nice and simple experience.

There’s only one person to sell a house with in Papamoa and it’s Rosemarie, knowledgeable, personable, honest, and delivers chocolate.

Our last two engagements with real estate companies have been characterised by dishonesty and a lack of professionalism so it was refreshing to have Rosemarie as our agent in our purchase of a Papamoa property. As an intermediary she showed high levels of integrity in reaching an end result satisfactory to both parties which she would have difficult to achieve without our trust

very professional worked hard good outcome
