We were new to the Ōrewa area when we first met Rosalind, and from the very beginning she made us feel genuinely looked after. After our initial meeting, she kept us in mind and later reached out to share other listings she thought would suit us, which really showed how attentive and thoughtful she is. When we found the home we ultimately purchased through her, Rosalind was incredibly quick to communicate and very forthcoming with all the information we needed. Throughout the process, she handled our questions, requests, and the negotiation phase with the vendors so well. She even managed to negotiate the vendors leaving behind some of their belongings, which have been unbelievably useful – to this day we’re still discovering things around the house from the previous owners that we’re delighted to now have. The property was left in exceptional condition when we moved in, and the beautiful welcome gift waiting for us on settlement day was such a thoughtful touch. Rosalind is an absolute force, and we’re so grateful for the time, care, and effort she put into helping us purchase our first home together.
