We wanted to purchase a property that Ros showed us but it was very popular & we faced strong competition. We desperately needed the quick sale of our home to have any chance of acquiring our dream home. Unfortunately our apartment was one of a large group & several others were already on the market. Ros found a potential buyer at the first open home and although there was an issue that had to be resolved before the buyer would proceed Ros was prompt to act & resolve the issue. There was further negotiations because the purchaser of our apartment needed a long settlement and there was only a short settlement on the property we wanted to buy. Ros persuaded our vendors to agree to the late settlement and now, very conveniently, both properties settle on the same date. Ros is a very experienced agent & naturally we were expecting high standards of communication & professionalism and we certainly received both plus absolute commitment to the process throughout.
