We initially engaged Rony Sharma for an Appraisal which then became a Sale & Purchase Agreement. Throughout the process Rony remained professional in all aspects always communicating, listening and being supportive & positive. Rony didnt hold back with reality checks when needed if our expectations were unrealistic with market trends which we appreciated. Despite his workload he always kept us up-to-date and didnt hold back when asked to “go in to bat” for our benefit with regard to clarifying so we were always on the same page of understanding or we werent happy with an offer and needed progress made. Selling a property is stressful and can be very frustrating, even heated but Rony remained professional & calm when needed.
