Thank you very much Ronelle for your hard work. We are so glad we found your name on a house sale sign board while on our walks and contacted you. We believe we made the right decision to have you and Simone as our agents. It is your perseverance that finally enabled the sale to go through Your tenacity and positivity reflected in an incredibly difficult downward spiralling market , yet you remained positive right through, encouraging us at all times. I remember on more than two occasions you beat me to it . You contacted the council, did your own research, read documents and faced the challenge in your stride. Your proactivity and research came to our help albeit it was outside the scope of your works. It is an indicator of your willingness to go the extra mile, no hurdle was too difficult to climb. Not once did you think " Its not my job" , you just went on and did whatever you could do to help the situation.
