Don't normally do reviews, and probably even less likely to do so when it comes to real estate. So thats why it might be a good idea to read on. I am judgemental and cynical and lets say I have my doubts about integrity in certain fields. We chose to sell our house in Greenhithe to downsize and move to Christchurch with work, and with such a big decision and such a difficult market we went out to all the usual providers. There were some who you could see were just focused on the image. It was more about how elite they were, flashing the expensive pen and how they so wanted to be our friend, turning up uninvited making sycophantic jokes after speaking to you once, or trying to convince you thats its all about a film set style pitch that makes the difference. Then there is Ronelle calm, not trying to flash things up but giving the facts as she saw them. Highlighting at the start the risk and not shying away from the hard topics. When the property didnt sell as fast as we had hoped there was no stress again calm interactions about what needed to be done, and then actioning those decisions and moving on to completion. I whole heartedly recommend her and the team, they made what could be a stressful experience, stress free and never did I once feel I had a pushy sales person involved.
