A very "professional " approach. Ron Wesche has a reputation for integrity and honesty. Ron sold the house to us a few years ago. When it was time for us to move, we were delighted to ask Ron to be our real estate person. This is a tricky time to be selling a house. Our 1st offer fell over on settlement day. But Ron and Kyle had been working hard in the background and had another offer to present to us almost immediately. Always on time, impeccably presented and kept the communication clear. In this difficult market, the house has sold quickly for a fair price. We would definately use Ron again if we were needing to buy or sell here in Rotorua.

He immediately came to the point with his recommendations and marketing plan of how to get the best price for our property, yet he was very willing to listen to our opinions too.
