Roman was always available and answered my questions and concerns thoughtfully. As a single mum buying my first home, I genuinely felt supported throughout the entire process. He consistently made an effort to improve my experience and guided me through each step with patience and care. Although the house wasn’t fully ready or cleaned at settlement (which was disappointing) this was not due to Roman. He was transparent, attempted to remediate the issues, and his service and communication remained excellent throughout. I’m grateful for all his help.
