Roi was enthusiastic and hard working in a really tough market. She remained optimistic, and actually found a buyer and negotiated a price both they and us were happy with. This is the second house that Roi has sold for us, in very different markets, and we were very happy with the result both times.

Given that this was a trustee sale with most of it's parties living overseas, potentially this could have been challenging.
