Unfortunately the market had gone flat when we started our sale. Rodger had open homes just about every week-end but if there are no buyers nothing happens. Despite that he persisted with open homes and we did try a few new angels, but nothing. After well over a year, we decided we needed a clean start so we took the house off the market and tried a bit later with a different agent to give the sale a fresh look. Just bad luck.

We just really enjoyed Roger's conversation, a great easy welcoming delivery. He knew everything and more we asked of him, great knowledge of building materials and structure and knew the area well. Follow through amazing. Thank you Roger!
