We had great experience with selling our house, The team had great marketing knowledge, set the negotiation price at a level to get people in the door, created a sense of urgency, in a fairly quiet market, with multiple buyers who came to open homes and viewings, negotiated with all interested parties, which resulted in some good offers. They gave great advice when reading those offers which resulted in a great offer with favorable conditions. We were very happy with the result.
