Rods Calm, consistent and reassuring presence

Rod was always transparent about any questions we had regarding our new purchase and would (most of the time) follow up with the information we requested. He was always a calm presence, assuredly answering questions regarding our house purchase, providing knowledge where he could. He knew when to leave us to view and knew when to step in with a quiet honest confidence. We found we could trust Rod and of course that is key to selling. We would recommend him to our friends in the future.
