Rod was with me every step of the way from our very first meeting. Even when I was not sure of having an agent to officially help me, if I sent him a question, he would answer it quickly and thoroughly. He saved me on one occasion from purchasing a house that would not have been right for me by sharing information he thought I may not have access to (he was right). Rod is a genuine individual, whose personalized care will shine through as soon as you starting working together. He was available via phone or email and would respond quickly. He was able to gain information from other agents that helped my decision making. He guided me gently through the bidding process, never pushing any price on me, but rather would remind me things he knew about me and the market. He was constantly pointing out more relevant information and would push me to do every due diligence he could think of to make sure there were no surprises in the end and even did some himself! So grateful for that. I personally came with preconceived negative notions of what an agent would be like and while many agents I met along the way fit them well, Rod was very different. He stood out so much in fact, that I honestly hope to continue a friendship with him and his family now that our business relationship is complete. Hooray to how quickly we worked together to purchase the right house for me. Thank you so much Rod.
