Rochelle is a pleasure to work with. We were super impressed by her attention to detail and efficiency. She doesn't take short cuts, she works hard, analyzing, tweaking and doing her best to get you a good result. She communicated well with us at every opportunity and was pleasant to deal with. Rochelle listened to our input and made the process of selling as easy as possible. I can recommend highly her.
We were lucky enough to get Rochelle as our first agent had moved on. Rochelle visited our property and helped us with the terminology and sales process as it was the first time we were selling our house. Rochelle is really good at communicating with us during this journey.
Rochelle was incredible, her communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. She gave excellent advice and kept our expectations realistic. Would highly recommend Rochelle to any seller or purchaser.

Working with Rochelle was a fantastic experience, she went above and beyond to achieve the sale of our property in no time at all. We cannot recommend her services highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to send her info onto other investors.
Rochelle is very honest and hard working. She is also very persevering and determined to get the job done. We were pleased with the results she was able to get for us. A big thank you to Rochelle.
Rochelle’s recommended marketing plan worked well for us and I believe we achieved a better result in this market than others are achieving. Very happy to recommend Rochelle to others.
Rochelle worked hard on getting a good result for us and had great communication. Highly recommended!
Rochelle has been the consumate professional all the way through. She had multiple offers come in for our property and brought the offers together with ease. We would recommend Rochelle to anyone wanting to list their property.
Rochelle was chosen by me from three different agents and agencies. Her assessment was thorough and gave me confidence to start marketing with a price higher than I thought likely to attract buyers. She was very accommodating to my tenant and she has kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Rochelle as a vendor's agent and although I am not re-purchasing another property would not hesitate to go to her if I was looking for a purchaser's agent.
I have bought and sold many houses around NZ and I found Ro to honestly be the best her dedication to the task the follow-ups and after-hours work exceeded in many areas and also helped my elderly mother with the many trades and inspections required during the sale process she was always there to help, do not hesitate to use her knowledge and expertise, HIGHLY recommend great result.
