Rochelle was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was always available, quick to communicate and really easy to deal with. Her knowledge of the area and years of experience were a huge advantage for us, and she knew the local market inside out. Throughout the process, no question was ever too small. Rochelle always took the time to explain things clearly and helped us navigate some of the more complicated parts of selling a house. She was efficient, professional and had a great eye for detail, but was also very approachable and easy to work with. Rochelle and Carlos worked really well together and were a great team for us. On auction day in particular, Rochelle’s experience and negotiation skills really came into play. She worked hard to get us a great result and secured a price that was above what we had expected, which we were obviously thrilled with.
