I have known Robyn for many years and have used her previously for buying and selling properties. This was not the easiest of transactions - however, Robyn did a good job. My only cause for concern, was that right at the beginning, we discussed the commission fees. As I am a 'Gold Card' holder, I was able to receive a 10% discount. This was not applied so I had to get my Conveyancer to follow this up. I am sure it was probably an oversight, but attention to detail is important when large sums of money are being exchanged.

Robyn’s been lovely to deal with. We live outside of the far north and we didn’t need to worry with Robyn looking after our property. Very responsive, provided regular weekly updates without a miss, called whenever there was an important update, no question was ever stupid to her and she always had someone looking after our property if she was busy. Some agents get cocky when they’ve been in the industry for a long time but not her. She made us feel valued and respected. Thanks Robyn.

To be a land agent you need to be a people person, that means having a list of contacts and friends as big as the Auckland phone book. Well that's Robyn. I met her 6 years ago when my wife and I bought our house through her, we soon learnt that nothing is a problem to her, she has all the answers in no time at all. That is why when my wife died I called Robyn to help me sell my house so that I could move on. As per my expectations she was there and on the job straight away lining up would be buyers.
