The tender portal was something different that have not used before and took a bit to get used to it. It was good that we were negotiating directly with the vendor and shortening the communication process. Only issue we found was the digital signing process that we weren't overly comfortable with as the signatures were hard to write on screen and the automatic generated ones were not accurate. Apart from the tech issues, we found Robyn was always available on the other end if we needed any questions answered which was fantastic, it made the process fairly straight forward, and Pleasant to deal with.
