Exceptionally hardworking and incredibly professional. From the moment we engaged Hayley and Roberta we felt like we were in safe and competent hands. It was a difficult time to market a home. After an incredibly hot run, the market suddenly turned. The banks imposed exceptionally tight lending rules, the media started to pump out negative stories and the nation changed from alert levels to traffic lights which meant yet another change of rules for viewing open homes.
