Rob managed an excellent balance between the vendors best interest and support and engagement with the buyer. Rob clearly had market knowledge and experience and this was valuable as we ended up needing to renegotiate some of our terms towards the end of the settlement period. Rob was able to engage professionally with us and advise the vendor in a tricky situation. Rob displayed a nice balance of engagement and allowing buyers space. He equally allowed buyers time to consider and discuss without overt pressure and yet provided necessary support, information and interest throughout the process. We appreciate the thorough presentation of documentation and Rob's diligence in explaining the detail. Rob always followed through on communicated actions and offered professional, timely support throughout the process from the first open home until the handing over of the keys.
