Made seemingly complex show-stopping situations simple and guided pathways for resolution. Robbie isn't there to try and see. I believe he delivers outcomes in the interest of both parties. His advise and knowledge of the industry is valuable. He will give the clients the time required and most importantly peace of mind during seemingly tense or critical situations.
