The biggest thing for us was to find an agent who was going to do right by us when it come to selling our first investment property. Rob was our guy! The moment we stepped into Rob's office, he greeted us with his fantastic knowledge of the market and was straight up with us on prices. We knew the timing wasn't the best to sell but we were ready.
