Rob Did It!

This was a blank canvas 4 bedroom home. Needed paint and carpet but had a nice open country view and plenty of space. Thought it would sell easily, then the market collapsed. Every weekend Rob had an open home but no luck with a sale. He never gave up!! Communication was great from him, reporting on each open home and viewing. Finally interest rates started moving down, and viewings started to increase. Rob stuck with it and remained positive, until finally success! He definitely earnt his commission. Thanks Rob.
