Coming out if this sale we feel disappointed in the overall experience. After searching for a house since this sale we have dealt with a number of other agents and realised shortcomings in our sale experience. We felt rushed and pressured at times when considering offers. We’d always been told an agent is supposed to take the stress out of selling however it became one of the most stressful times of our lives. We felt organisation was lacking, open homes getting scheduled at times 1 or 2 days before. When under offer initially we had to chase Rob for updates as open homes ceased, this offer eventually fell through and we were 2 weeks behind in finding another buyer. We felt Rob over promised in a number of ways and under delivered. Within a week of signing our house with him we were getting told to lower our price expectations from his appraisal by almost 100k. We understand how house prices rise and fall however it was a lot more than just the housing market falling. Rob was polite during the process.
