As a buyer, Rob was very professional, punctual and I felt comfortable dealing with him. He did a decent job at assisting through some difficulties in the process and he kept me sufficiently aware of developments. If I were selling I would certainly consider using Rob.

From the time of when we first contacted Rob his professionalism has been absolutely outstanding. He was clear and concise about the entire process from start to finish and gave us no false expectations at any point. He has been informative, communication was consistent throughout the entire process and when it came to the sale the house it went for exactly what we wanted it to. Coming out if this sale we feel disappointed in the overall experience. After searching for a house since this sale we have dealt with a number of other agents and realised shortcomings in our sale experience. We felt rushed and pressured at times when considering offers. We’d always been told an agent is supposed to take the stress out of selling however it became one of the most stressful times of our lives. We felt organisation was lacking, open homes getting scheduled at times 1 or 2 days before. When under offer initially we had to chase Rob for updates as open homes ceased, this offer eventually fell through and we were 2 weeks behind in finding another buyer. We felt Rob over promised in a number of ways and under delivered. Within a week of signing our house with him we were getting told to lower our price expectations from his appraisal by almost 100k. We understand how house prices rise and fall however it was a lot more than just the housing market falling. Rob was polite during the process.

I was a first home buyer and was very nervous about the whole process, Rob was always very patient with us. Communication was amazing and he was always available when ever needed, highly recommend to get him as your urgent 😊

With his experience in the field, Rob was able to provide us with a lot of knowledge based on scenarios that he had encountered before. He knew the area well and tried to make things as easy for us as possible without any pressure unlike some other agents we had dealt with. He was happy to meet us whenever we requested and supported us right till the end. I would not have had it any other way :)
