When Rob first visited the house he understood what made my home a special place to live, not just a house. I hadn't found this with other agencies. Rob was professional throughout, explaining the process in a down to earth manner, showing considerable local knowledge of the housing market and best marketing strategies for my home. Rob recommended ideas to show the house to its best, which were sensitive to my financial situation. Some options I suggested, Rob advised he did not consider necessary. This provided me with confidence that Rob understood what buyers were looking for and what was or was not important to spend my money and time on prior to marketing. Rob was sensitive and honest in this respect and was honest in pointing out anything he thought should be improved, as opposed to other agencies who did not have any suggestions and I felt were just after a quick and easy sale.
