Excellent communication and perseverance with a smile

Rita is a very experienced and upfront agent. I very much appreciated her recommendations and practical help quickly preparing my house for sale. My partner and I had unexpectedly found a house we wanted to buy together so I needed to sell! That meant I was committed at a less than ideal time around Christmas, based on a market assessment that was far out. This resulted in a very challenging, stressful and emotional process selling my first home. However, with Rita's perseverance and encouragement we got there in the end.
