We engaged Rita beacause we knew that she would approach our sale with positive, no nonsense enthusiasum. Her communication was always clear and she did what she said she would. Even in a difficult market, we felt that if anyone could do it, Rita would. She was great with suggestions on how our house could be presented to give maximum effect, and we were pleased with the results. We would certainly employ her again for any future sales.
