Rita has been wonderful throughout this purchasing experience. It is clear that she places her clients wishes and wellbeing at utmost importance. But noted was Rita taking my own wellbeing and anxieties around a first home purchase and major investment into equal consideration. A straight talker, and no bending of terms. Negotiation with simplicity. She clearly knew the market and the price range of the property, without pushing higher than expected. She provided guidance around aspects of the purchase, and with extremely prompt communication during a nervous time. Rita provided relevant advice and information about the property outside of the expected. She did this promptly and as requested in order to ensure all decisions around a first purchase were a well measured one. She also went out of her way for a second private viewing to scour the property further - highly appreciated. Rita has been so genuinely patient and nothing is too much effort.
